Horn Polisight Institute (HPI) is an institute established for the purpose of enhancing development effectiveness through policy insights, project evaluation, and capacity building. 

Our objectives are:

• Provide effective policy recommendations that align with the National Transformation Plan (NTP).
• Evaluate development projects and organization strategy to align objectives and vision of the organization and project goals.
• Capacitate the Somali professionals in research and communication, project management and evaluation, and data analytics.
